In my experience, I would advise not using BAX. In my case they over promised and under committed and it felt that its all about making money from you. There was minimal care factor in my case. When you are trusting your lawyers to fully commit to representing you, and they dont, it can cost you a lot of your life savings. In the end I was made to feel like a "cash cow" that they can make money from and the outcome is irrelevent to them, as long as they are paid. At over $500 a hour for such poor service you can find better options with a higher level of care.
