Never have I encountered a more painful and clueless service such as these so called solicitors. Robotic answer and unhelpful attitude is what they're great. Shame

Painful to deal with. A simple Probate/Estate disbursement took 8 months to complete. Extremely difficult to get a hold of the solicitors, rarely returns calls and more often than not will respond to requests for call backs via email as to avoid discussion. I have personally had to chase and ensure requirements have been met and completed every step of the way. I have previously delt with probate/estate matters through other Bendigo based law firms and the level at which I have needed to be involved and ensure due diligence far surpasses reason.

A great legal service that looks after the customer. Tylah Dunstone is a pleasure to do business with , she really knows her stuff when dealing with probates and anything related to wills. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs help with these issues after a death in the family.
