We have dealt with Neil and his office for many years now, he helped us with the purchase of our first home in 2010, and later with other property purchases, also helping with writing of our Wills, giving advice on family law with my husband and myself insuring we both were protected if our relationship was ever to end as we have a fairly complex portfolio and a few children. the advice and recommendations given in consult have always been for the benefit of both parties and never one sided as they openly said when we first had things drawn up they are representing us both and need to insure we both are aware how to protect ourselves if something was to ever happen, that remark was what had my husband and me both return to this firm, in the past we have had gender bias from other professionals some going so far as to suggest my husband tries not to include me on any of our assets incase I was to run off with another man (3 children and 21 years with this man I don't think I am running anytime soon but you know maybe my mum bod might get the urge to wobble over to the next bloke - Insert eye roll… ) anyway they have also helped with disputes on pay from an employer, so my advice is if you want someone who knows their stuff and can represent you with most of your legal needs consider them.
