We have just finalised a matter with the assistance of both Jennifer and Vic. 3 years ago bought a property and asked them to be our conveyancer, when they lodged the purchaser declaration forms they ticked the wrong box, now revenue nsw is after us with a 70k. CVC has lost the form will should have kept on my file because it’s their duty, they won’t admit that they submitted the form in the wrong way, will now start e process of suing them for negligence, stay away from them !
