In regards to wills and management of deceased estates - Slow and incompetent when managing our father's estate. The legal aid got so many things incorrect that we had to call the financial institutions to find out what documentation we needed to provide them. The lawyer and legal aid went on holidays as well without handing off the work to another lawyer/legal aid. We parted ways and then they billed us for the hours that they worked (including the incorrect information they gave regarding documentation required for financial institutes).
