Useless. Definitely a red flag when entities from Toowoomba to Brisbane know of you and your absolute incompetent abilities. You guys are ruining lives and you can bet that Legal Services Commission, Legal aid and Civil law lawyers will be getting their hands on this issue since you all want to try mess with people's lives, kids and impede Legal cases. My husband and I used the services of this firm many years ago. So we thought we might come back and organise our Wills with them. The Receptionist was enough for me to look elsewhere. Rude and condescending, I was speechless by the way she spoke to me. Having been a Receptionist and other front line positions in my career, I am dubious about a company that has such staff at the entrance of the firm.

Very unprofessional at an extorted rate. There's nothing professional about this mob. They never keep in communication. They get dates and details wrong constantly, And charge a hell of alot for every little thing that they do. Such poor service. Definitely do not recommend.

Disappointed, stay clear on behalf of friend.
