Still waiting for my search reports and other documents related to buying my home,18 days after settlement and payment of services. When i contacted last week i was sent a one line email that they would be posted that day. Apparently this office does not register any mail and now my documents are lost in the mail. Note: I live walking distance to the office. Poor service, unresponsive and unprofessional throughout my dealings. Every email says to call if you have questions but i got a rude serving when calling as advised to discuss building report. I was recommend this service by a friend. Apparently Gary himself is very good. Unfortunately it was not Gary that I dealt with. *Update Also charged over what was quoted. One of the fees apparently was retrieving my deposit from a seller that cancelled the contract. Although I never instructed for this to be done as I already had my deposit back. As a first home buyer I really could have used a decent solicitor. Never again.
