We were made to deal with four different people during the process of getting our Will set up. Confidential legal documents were sent to the wrong address twice. They are always running late for meetings as well. Very disappointed with the long, drawn out process, especially since they are not cheap. Update: They sent our document to the wrong address for the THIRD TIME! Absolutely hopeless. Do not use their services.
