Originally I was given misinformation from one of their solicitors who later left. I also signed paperwork that if explained properly I would never have agreed to. I then dealt with a lovely gentleman whom I had no issue with. Until at the end I did not like the condescending tone in the last couple of emails from a senior solicitor. All in all I was disappointed in parts of the service. And I will not be using this firm in the future.
