When I tried to enroll for the auctioneer course on 30/6/24, the given links displayed incorrect information, hence I submitted screenshots but their Operations Manager, Mitchell was offended and asked what I am trying to achieve? So, I said that I'm only trying to enroll but the web links are obsolete. I'm a returning client who did certificate IV in real estate & strata in 2020 paying full price but they advertised same next day for 50% less. They are selling these courses to make a quick buck. No wonder staff like Craig & Tracy have left the company. Though Bailey is nice, his sons Cameron & Mitchelle are arrogant. Cannot recommend as I recall how they were rude even back then. Years haven't changed them. They can ruin their dad's business with this attitude of confronting customers. "People can make or break organizations". Rather than appreciating or complimenting customers for observation of lacuna in their systems which should be treated as constructive criticism and taken aboard to improvise their business, they would rather subject the unsuspecting client to bullying and harassment through emails and unsolicited phone calls. Further to this review, Cameron called on 03/7/24 & confided that they are migrants from Middle East which explains their sheer arrogance. Also, I am surprised to note below comment from Bailey "I have been informed that you have been contacted by one of our directors today regarding the issues that you have raised. I am pleased to hear that we were able to come to a satisfactory resolution in an amicable and professional manner." which is not true and totally incorrect because the so-called director is none other than his own son Cameron who was also passively aggressive over the unsolicited phone call, he made to my mobile phone, and we were not able to come to a satisfactory resolution at all in an amicable and professional manner because he specifically mentioned that I am not welcome at Leverage Academy due to this Google review and that I can seek other RTO's to continue my qualification. All because a customer was inconvenienced due to an unprofessional and obsolete website and bringing same to the notice of the management. Their ego is too big to admit their faults and all what Cameron tried to do was damage control just like Bailey to save their skin by summing up with a false resolution outcome. This ganging up is typical of Aussie mob culture. :)
