Linda Leong is professional, compassionate and empathetic whilst maintaining a good sense of humour and very pleasant to deal with. We were dealing with 2 legal teams simultaneously for an estate and property conveyancing so we had a chance to compare. Slow or no communication would be my biggest criticism of the McDonaldLeong team although Madeline wasn’t as slow as others. Maybe it’s slow because maybe the seniors have to sign off on every email but that doesn’t excuse them. At one stage we were even sent an email from "Stacy" only to be told, when I enquired by phone, that that her account had been hacked - obviously no one in the office thought it might be a good idea to advise their client base. Thankfully I didn't open the link. As a comparison we had one property in Townsville and one property in Darwin to sell. Funds distribution from date of settlement December 2nd in Townsville 21 days and from date of settlement December 22nd in the NT 2 days.
