Best rinks in Australia. I think they could do more to clean the place though. I also think that the Figure skaters should get far more support than they get from the management. I thoroughly recommend this rink, particularly for ice hockey. They need to make their cafeteria more inviting by putting up posters and pictures of some of Victoria’s champion figure skaters, our wonderful synchronised skate teams, theatre on ice, ice dance and pairs. and hockey players. Even the speed skating should get some picture up around the rink and cafeteria. It would help make Ice sports more popular and inclusive! Overall, if you have dietary requirements nothing will be available at the rink. Fantastic ice experience though.

Extremely rude staff at the Gabba. No care for allergies. Said "just eat what we give you" even after allergy explanation

I worked with them for festival X in Gold Coast and was unfortunately left feeling extremely annoyed to the point of feeling the need to write a bad review as there was no staff to make a complaint with. Chelsea, the supposed ‘supervisor’ I worked with was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of working with. When trying to answer a simple question she screamed over me and flailed her arms around repeating herself for no reason… The customers waiting to be served could not believe the way I was spoken too. It’s a shame as everyone else I worked with was a pleasure, just one bad unprofessional letting the O’Brien Team down. The way this woman spoke to not only me but everyone else on the bar all day was disgraceful. I hope this reaches the right person and she is dealt with properly.

Every week at the Melbourne Storm game at AAMI Park there never any burgers ready for purchase when the gates open. When asked at 6.40pm I was told that they had not even started to make them and they call themselves a catering company.
