In 2012 I used this firm in a family law dispute. It cost me thousands of dollars to fight my case which went on for three years. In the third year after much back and forward with solicitors on both sides and lack of availability ability to negotiate ended with me losing everything. At the twelfth hour they decided to drop my case because they could see no money in it leaving me to fight on my own. I was left to attend my last two hearings on my own after writing my own affidavit as no Law Firm would take on my case after the incompetence of this company taking on my case. I lost a hotel an investment property and my house. Out of 4.5 million in assets. I came out with nothing only a $12000 tax bill which took me 3 years to pay off. I had no money to live on for two years I had my accounts and assets and company frozen while they were guiding the ship. My solicitor was in New Zealand on holidays with family while this happened. No doubt this took its toll on myself and my son but we managed to return to some normal life again after rebuilding for ten years. Disappointing to watch them mismanage my case. My rating is a minus 5. There are no winners in family law on every level but as I mentioned earlier this company dropped me at the 12 hour because they cold see no money in it. Very unsatisfactory. I’m really thankful that they can finally be judged in the public arena on Google reviews.
