Vivek Gupta was able to clearly explain the whole process of conveyancing as I was a first home buyer. In our first meeting, it was clear that he had read each term of the contract, addressed his concerns and was acting in my interest (as a solicitor should for their client). He was communicative - responsive to my emails and regularly kept me in the loop on progress of sale. The receptionist, Trish also responds to my phone calls politely and passes on my messages if Vivek is in a meeting or busy. Overall, easy to deal with and ensured a quick settlement. Would highly recommend the services of Ray Swift Moutrage and Associates.
