Make sure that you get a fixed quote like anything else. I asked him about doing a Will whilst there for another matter and after I realised it was going to be an expensive exercise, said I would need to consult my Accountant first. So I never instructed him to proceed. Yet he charged me $250 a few years later saying that he had opened a file and had made notes !!
