Kind, understanding and able. My case took 8 years. It was a terrible and complicated case involving a very, very large organisation and an inclusion of several different countries. This law firm treated me with absolute dignity, care and grace. I didn't; at any time feel demoralised by the "other side", as they often want you to feel. Ryan C and T kept me as involved as I wanted/could to be and gently enabled me through to the conclusion.

I've had a horrible time with this lot. They've been no help. Paperwork was lost which I suspect was never actually foundand they haven't supported me in the slightest. Steer clear
