Would not recommend to anyone. Waste of time and money, don't bother coming here if you want to get anything done in a timely fashion (or done at all). Complete rip off, a grand or a few emails and phone calls that we had to push for. Next to impossible to get any meaningful contact from these people. Partner went in to politely but firmly get into contact with someone after being ghosted and passed around to different employees for over 2 years and got a phone call saying he was 'being abusive', a man that is not in the least bit threatening, using polite language (though restrained angry). Calling to check in on progress weekly, and being told they will be in contact same day or within 24 hours and, again, somewhat unsurprisingly, not hearing back. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Please save yourself the trouble, and go elsewhere.

Sam was excellent to work with from day one. Great attention to detail, attentive and available. Sam ensured a smooth settlement and house purchasing process for me. Highly recommend.

Wish we could give zero stars. Sofras are nothing but a rip off with the worst possible outcome for customers. They charge thousands for doing the bare minimum, we had to put in all the work ourselves. So rude and unprofessional, the staff are such pompous arrogant unorganized people. They wanted $1000 before anything was done and before we agreed to anything, before any costs were even brought up, they will sting you with a huge bill and won't discuss pricing accordingly prior to any 'work' they do. You'll end up chasing them up all the time and they can't answer simple questions! Just a waste of time and money, not worth the headache! Wouldn't be surprised if they charge $100 per every minute of their time, that's how expensive they are! Rip off and rude is an understatement, you get treated like scum when you deal with them, but they will be happy to take your hard earned money!!

Definitely wouldn't recommend their services. They do not deserve the one star unfornately to make this review, I need to add the star. Lack of communication, Unprofessional services provided when purchasing our land & definitely money hungry no value for the amount you pay. Rude and unknowledgeable reception staff & very rude solicitor who we ended up having to deal with. Our original solicitor left and we were left in the dark by the company until they "sorted matters" (she was great though). I would reccommend going elsewhere as I found there to be more professional, welcoming and value for money using another business.
