In 2019 Tracey prepared (and was paid accordingly) for a commercial lease for us. All good there. Fast forward 5 years, that lease is up for renewal. We’d like to simply amend the previous one (by simply changing dates; rent; etc). Tracey REFUSES to provide the Word version of the current lease - which we’ve already paid for. Instead, she wants to charge us $990 for a simple amendment which I could do in 15 minutes. Wanting to be paid twice for little more than one job. Are my expectations unreasonable? This behaviour represents all that is wrong in this world. Please be nice!

Terrible, terrible experience. Tracey was the conveyancer when we sold our house. Without our knowledge or consent, she gave written approval to the buyer to use our house while we still owned it. It made things extremely awkward as we still used our house and people came in one day! When I approached Tracey about this, she basically NEVER responded to us again. This is pretty bad!
