Absolutely horrible service. They hold my deceased father's will which my 2 brother's and I share equal 1/3 each. They will not keep me in the loop with what is going on although I did as Allison Walker requested and paid a substantial amount to require a copy of my father's death certificate. I also note I made this review almost 14 months after my father died. And note that the executor's year is 12 month's from the date of death. Yet they still refuse to let me know what is going on despite informing me as a beneficiary I would be kept informed. Avoid Vines Lawyers at all costs.

Extremely blunt and rude to my partner. Poor attention to detail with document proofing, very sloppy work. We paid the invoice in full straight away from receiving it, then asked to rectify wrong address stated on our documents and he would not rectify without extra payment. Disgraceful business ethics..... More like Denis Denuto from the CASTLE without any moral ethics! You can do much better than this firm......

Winding up an estate when the house had already been sold and only four shares to sell took more than 12 months and was never finalised by this firm. Poor document management procedures, lost dividend cheques, false promises and endless excuses, delays and errors were frustrating and the last thing executors needed or wanted to have to deal with. There was a serious failure of oversight. Reception was warm and welcoming.

The treatment we received from this law firm was absolutely appalling. The female solicitor that we 'dealt' with was very rude and lacked basic empathy. There was no transparency during our dealings with this firm, they keep information regarding costs from you, they lack communication skills which results in more costs for the client, the staff are unavailable five out of seven days per week - making it impossible to sort anything out in a timely manner, and they hold documents at your ransom, We are VERY un-impressed with our experience with Vines Lawyers. AVOID at all costs.
