I had many issues with my Partner when I left and he was making things very difficult for me regarding finances and property, he said I wasn't going to get anything. I didn't have any money & I tried 3 Legal Aid Community lawyers and another lawyer who said I probably wouldn't get a financial settlement due to the complexity of the case. I was recommended to James by a friend, but I nearly gave up as I was worried about costs, however James was extremely confident that he was able to successfully resolve my property settlement with no problems at all within the short time frame left. James helped me receive the Financial settlement I was owed and in turn it helped me regain my self confidence and self worth after a terrible breakup. I sincerely thank and highly recommend James, he truly listens and cares and is amazing at what he does, and I can't thank him and his team enough.

Would give this business 0 stars if I could. Worst experience possible. Spelling and grammar mistakes in their work. Was charged for them to open emails which corrected their grammar mistakes. Was charged for follow up emails because no one kept me updated. Was charged for popping into office for updates because no one was responding to email. Paid $99 for process server only for Wallace and Wallace to turn around and say they were not offering this service to me because I no longer wanted to pay them a retainer. Spent thousands of dollars for a simple QCAT letter. They didn’t even serve the letter after I paid the agreed upon fee. Reporting this business to legal services commission. Extremely dissatisfied customer! Don’t waste your money with Wallace and Wallace
