I had a terrible experience with this firm. I never had may calls or email returned. And when I did it was all about billable hours. Mr Mark White is all about how much money he can get from a person suffering from a family breakdown. He has no compassion for the client he only wants money. I have no problem paying for a service but when there is no consideration for the client I feel they don’t deserve my hard earnt money. What does the lawyer do anyway, not much in my opinion. They get the support staff to do the research and the typing for all the court documents and prepare everything that is required when the day in court finally proceeds if it’s not adjourned which would be so both lawyers for each side can make more money. Not to mention the support staff do all the work before court date. I could go on and on but and the end of the day DO NOT GO TO WHITE AND MASON LAWYERS. Mr McMillian is also terrible. Ona better note I had my property transaction through White and Mason Lawyers and what a totally different experience I had. Melanie was wonderful, assisting me every step of the way. She showed empathy and understanding, I can’t praise her enough. I believe she is no longer there, I don’t blame her. I don’t know why she isn’t there anymore but she was a great Conveyancer. What a shame that the one person within that firm that actually sincerely cared is no longer there. AGAIN DO NIT ENPLOY WHITE AND MASON LAWYERS FOR ANY LEGAL ISSUES YIU MAY HAVE.
